As a partner at A&A Advocates, Haley Faulkenberry specializes in executive lobbying and navigating Oklahoma’s state agencies and legislative process.

 

Throughout her career, Haley has worked across a wide range of policy areas, including child welfare, social services, health care, veterans affairs, criminal justice, and energy and environmental reforms. Her experience helps clients navigate regulatory, funding, and agency-related issues.

 

Since joining A&A Advocates in 2014, Haley has helped negotiate state contracts and coordinate public-private partnerships with state agencies and private foundations.

 

Previously, Haley served as Associate Director of Oklahoma’s largest public employee association, where she focused on state agency relations and legislative policy and appropriations matters.

 

Haley was recently elected to the board of the National Association of State Lobbyists and serves as the Oklahoma member of the National League of Women Lobbyists.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Oklahoma State University.
